IP/Commercial Solicitor

Our expanding client is seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE and an interest in IP.

Your day-to-day role will include:

• Commercial contracts
• Wide range terms of business to franchise agreements
• Agency/distribution agreements
• Dealing with IP departments

Person Specification:

1-3 year PQE commercial contracts solicitor/lawyer – an interest in IP is desired but not essential. You are self-motivated, efficient, and want to hit the ground running in a growing business.
