Job Description:
A prestigious London firm has an opening for a mid-level/senior associate to join its Real Estate team in London.
The well-regarded firm has an impressive reputation in Real Estate, consistently ranking well in the Legal sector. This role will focus on Commercial Property, especially working closely with institutions and developers. There will be an emphasis on development work, advising on all aspects of development transactions such as complex forward funding and investment acquisitions. The leading team also frequently works on ESG matters, advising premium clients on its application throughout the life cycle of an asset.
The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer, ideally with between 4-6 years’ PQE and experience supervising more junior members of the team.
Given the firm’s reputation in the property practice area, candidates should come from a similarly highly regarded practice at another top London firm or a very well-regarded regional firm. Excellent academics are also a key requirement.
