The Opportunity

We strongly believe in developing our own talent, and often a vacant role is due to the promotion of a talented Senior Associate to Principal. This Associate/Senior Associate role focuses on Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, Public Affairs, and Government Relations within the EMEA practice, based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
  • Manage various stages of the search process to ensure the highest quality execution of client engagement.
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during the search engagement.
  • Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information on the company’s knowledge systems.
  • Inform the engagement team of potential business development opportunities identified through the search process.

Role Competencies and Success Factors

The Associate/Senior Associate position is critical in identifying, qualifying, attracting, and managing candidates through the search process. Successful Associates/Senior Associates have the opportunity to advance within the firm to the consultant level, responsible for generating new business and revenue. Associates/Senior Associates will develop skills and competencies through three levels before progressing within the firm.
