Project Manager – High Rise

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a stand out project in the Manchester skyline

The project is 38 storeys highwith a value of 105 Million pounds. It comprises bedrooms and communal areas

Suitable candidates will be overseeing the whole project as no1 with a visiting Project Director

Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in

• Strong RC frame and high-rise experience over 20 storeys,
• Crane and hoist knowledge and worked with these on site,
• Fast track Bathroom pod and internal fit out,
• All round good construction knowledge

Any exposure to unitised facade systems would be beneficial but not essential.

You will need to be client facing and a strong manager with circa 10 reports on this project.
