Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Emerging Account Executive to join our growing team in the UK&I business. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Success in this role over the next 2 years would open up the opportunity for progression into more senior new business and account management sales roles.

Please note this is a hybrid role, in our London office. We anticipate 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  1. Running discovery calls with new prospective customers
  2. Executing outbound campaigns to generate self-sourced pipelines
  3. Meeting and exceeding annual and quarterly sales targets
  4. Winning New Logo accounts in the sub-500 employee segment
  5. Account managing some existing customers to expand their platform usage by expanding into new departments and new use cases
  6. Building a deep understanding of the Workato platform and key customer use-cases along with references and business benefit validation points
  7. Understanding customer needs and requirements
  8. Being a company builder – i.e. consistently seeking opportunities to grow Workato’s business
  9. Sharing best practices and original thinking back into the organization
  10. Maintaining accurate records in key business systems such as Salesforce, Outreach and Boostup

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR role working both inbound and outbound prospecting sequences in the technology space.

Demonstrate tenacity, grit, and resilience when faced with adverse conditions.

You have experience handling and owning relationships with mid-market customers.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

You have experience navigating Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications.
