The Role:
As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance client experience, and contribute to long-term retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that enhance engagement, adoption, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Implement data-driven insights to optimize the customer experience and improve KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships, upsell solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate challenges and maximize ROI.
- Champion a customer-first culture within the organization.

- Proven experience in a Senior Customer Success or Account Management role, within the finance sector.
- Strong ability to develop and execute customer success strategies in a high-growth, fast-scaling environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to drive customer outcomes.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
