Liverpool City Council are looking for a Head of Performance & Improvement for Children Services.

£686 per day.Inside IR35.Hybrid Working.

Experience:

1. Significant senior management experience in leading performance in a large agency/organisation relevant to the provision of services for children and young people (A/I)
2. A proven track record of improving services within children’s social care (A/I)
3. Operational and strategic management experience of leading services through Ofsted inspections and external scrutiny (A/I)
4. Delivery of service excellence and quality outcomes (A/I)
5. Successful experience of working within multi-disciplinary partnerships (AI)
6. Evidence of managing budgets, ensuring that best value principles are met (A/I)
7. Effective project and programme management including positive change management (A/I)
