Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on EU/UK FinTech regulations, GDPR, data privacy, and employment law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and policies.
• Assess legal risks and ensure compliance in business operations.
• Manage external legal counsel as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer (PRC/EU/US admission) + 6+ years’ experience (3+ in FinTech/FS).
• Expertise in GDPR and strong English contract drafting skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
