Job title: Regional Facilities Manager (Maternity Contract)
Salary £45,000 – £50,000
Location: London (hybrid 1-2 days in the office)
An opportunity to join a well-established property management company in London has arisen for a Regional Facilities Manager covering a maternity contract.
The successful candidate will support the property management team in the delivery of FM services across a portfolio of residential buildings throughout London and the Southeast.
Risk management and contractor service is a key activity ensuring full compliance with building statutory requirements through regular inspection and audit. A recognised H&S qualification is required (IOSH or NEBOSH).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including S20 Consultation
- Prepare each site for risk assessment, maintaining a target compliance rating of 95% or above.
- Monitor all site personnel on a day-to-day basis including contractors
- Monthly property site visits and inspections
- Monitor project works
- Managing the service charge budget
- Manage and liaise with all management, technical and administration staff, on strategic and operation/service delivery issues.
- Mobilisation of new sites and efficient handover of other sites.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven Residential Facilities Management, with at least 5 years’ experience with multi-sites
- Knowledge of managing hard and soft services
- H&S Qualifications – IOSH
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Good team player
- Full driving license
