Job title: Regional Facilities Manager (Maternity Contract)

Salary £45,000 – £50,000

Location: London (hybrid 1-2 days in the office)

An opportunity to join a well-established property management company in London has arisen for a Regional Facilities Manager covering a maternity contract.

The successful candidate will support the property management team in the delivery of FM services across a portfolio of residential buildings throughout London and the Southeast.

Risk management and contractor service is a key activity ensuring full compliance with building statutory requirements through regular inspection and audit. A recognised H&S qualification is required (IOSH or NEBOSH).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including S20 Consultation
  • Prepare each site for risk assessment, maintaining a target compliance rating of 95% or above.
  • Monitor all site personnel on a day-to-day basis including contractors
  • Monthly property site visits and inspections
  • Monitor project works
  • Managing the service charge budget
  • Manage and liaise with all management, technical and administration staff, on strategic and operation/service delivery issues.
  • Mobilisation of new sites and efficient handover of other sites.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Residential Facilities Management, with at least 5 years’ experience with multi-sites
  • Knowledge of managing hard and soft services
  • H&S Qualifications – IOSH
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent communicator and contractor relationship skills
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Good team player
  • Full driving license

Working Hours Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30
