JCR Talent is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and ambitious Fintech that is at the forefront of revolutionising investment technology for a Senior Compliance Manager role based in London (hybrid)

My client has an established Compliance team in Europe and have recently launched in the UK – this role is perfect for those with experience of building out a Compliance & Financial Crime function

This role provides the opportunity to progress to the SMF16/17 in the near future!

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the compliance strategy, implementation, policies and in-house controls to ensure adherence to FCA regulation
• Engage with the senior management to maintain effective communication and compliance alignment
• Liaise with external parties leading any regulatory audits

Suitable Candidates will have…

• General compliance experience in a Fintech, ideally a start up
• Extensive regulatory knowledge including investment regulations & financial crime
• Financial products knowledge (Derivatives, Equities, ETF)
• Excellent communication & senior stakeholder management skills
