Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor required. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Supervisor for a commercial fit out project in London. This is a CAT A/B Fit Out for one of the leading M&E design and build contractors. Our client works with main contractors such as Overburys, Oktra, and Collins. These projects can range in values from £100k – £5m.

Mechanical Supervisor Duties

1. Toolbox Talks
2. Rams
3. Managing Sub Contractors
4. Snagging
5. QA
6. Health & Safety
7. 1st Fix/2nd Fix supervising
8. Signing off work
9. Daily brief meetings
10. Ordering of Material
11. Run through of the project with senior management
12. Managing labour
