Criminal Regulatory & Compliance Solicitor – Bristol

My client is a top-tier Legal 100 law firm that is actively seeking a Criminal Regulatory & Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join its nationally recognised team, due to growth in the department. You will be at least 2 years’ PQE and have a strong background in regulations and an understanding of the criminal litigation procedure.

About the role:

• Advise on a broad range of criminal regulatory matters across public, private and third sectors.
• Health & safety, fire safety, and building safety compliance and enforcement.
• White-collar crime.
• Environmental law, licensing, product safety, and food safety.
• Defending and prosecuting criminal regulatory cases.
• Representing clients in inquests and criminal prosecutions.

You will have experience in:

• Health & safety compliance, investigations and enforcement.
• Regulatory compliance, including fire, gas and water safety.
• Inquests and criminal prosecutions.
