Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stages of mechanical projects, from conception and design to implementation and completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, design processes, and construction management.
  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
