About The Role
The Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will work closely with the General Manager of the UK market and the EMEA Leadership team to launch and operationalize strategic initiatives.
The role involves:
- Identifying market opportunities and gaps to prioritize customer segments effectively.
- Deploying data-driven resourcing strategies and aligning team structures with the Sales team’s strategy.
- Pinpointing revenue blockers and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Developing and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and analyzing variances between actual and forecasted revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of maximizing business growth and performance.
- Excellent analytical skills, enabling them to approach problems with a structured mindset and derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Adeptness at navigating complex discussions and managing disagreements respectfully.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and strategies across teams.
