About The Role

The Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will work closely with the General Manager of the UK market and the EMEA Leadership team to launch and operationalize strategic initiatives.

The role involves:

  1. Identifying market opportunities and gaps to prioritize customer segments effectively.
  2. Deploying data-driven resourcing strategies and aligning team structures with the Sales team’s strategy.
  3. Pinpointing revenue blockers and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them.
  4. Developing and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and analyzing variances between actual and forecasted revenue.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of maximizing business growth and performance.
  2. Excellent analytical skills, enabling them to approach problems with a structured mindset and derive actionable insights from data.
