What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading a motivated retail team
- Inspiring and coaching your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Driving sales and achieving targets to ensure store success
- Managing high stock volumes and deliveries in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring strong retail standards, from stock management to visual merchandising
- Taking ownership of store operations in the Store Manager’s absence
- Creating a positive, energetic work environment where the team thrives
What We Are Looking For:
- At least two years of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role
- A background in fast-paced, high-volume retail, ideally from discount, variety, or value retailers
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A hands-on approach, leading by example and taking initiative
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage stock and drive sales
